Our 550 series oil machines are our oil machine model, in which we produce other parts of stainless steel in order to enable easy cleaning of the machine, including all surfaces in contact with the seed and oil. In our 550 series oil machines, the seed silo, machine table, oil pan, and pulp auger are made of stainless material and offered as standard.

In all our machines, each seed pressing unit is driven by a reducer coupled to a 2.2kW engine. Since the squeezing unit and the gearmotor are directly connected, power losses in belt-pulley system oil machines are prevented and higher oil yield is achieved in all seed types.

We maintain our leadership among domestic and foreign cold-pressed oil machine manufacturers by producing machines that offer higher oil yield with lower production costs, thanks to the innovations we have developed, instead of trying to increase the amount of seeds pressed per hour. Thanks to our PLC applied oil machines, which we completed and introduced to the market in 2020, oil temperature, machine temperature, oil efficiency, and the amount of energy consumed can be displayed and reported. We can offer our ECS system oil machines, which we developed for our customers who want to operate our machines without an operator during the night shift, without PLC application, at more affordable costs.
