We have plate filters that can be used with cloth and paper filter elements, with plate dimensions and number of plates determined depending on your oil production capacity. The technical specifications of our plate filters, which we have as standard, are stated in the tables below. For both operational convenience and economical use, we recommend that crude oil be filtered through a cloth filter before mixing tanks, and then through a paper filter if it is to be bottled and sold. As with all equipment, the issues to be considered when using plate filters are stated in the Machine User Manual.

In our standard filters, all surfaces that the oil comes into contact with are stainless, and the machine body is made of painted carbon steel. Oil feeding is done by a diaphragm pump. Thanks to the sight glasses located both at the oil inlet and oil outlet, the difference between crude oil and filtered oil can be observed instantly. A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 plates are used in our cloth and paper plate filters. The locking of the plates is mechanical. Hydraulic locking is offered optionally up to plate size 400x400.
