 Pre-Dehulling Preparation Stages
1. Dust and Soil Removal:
   After harvest, seeds are cleaned from field debris, dust, and soil particles.

2. Seed Size Calibration:
   Hemp seeds are sorted by size and fed into the dehulling machine in order from largest to smallest for optimum efficiency.

These pre-processing steps greatly enhance the machine’s overall performance and dehulling yield.

Machine Working Principle
- Vibratory feeder delivers seeds evenly into the system.
- Cracking rollers gently crack the seed shells without damaging the kernel.
- Air separator and sieves separate light shell fragments from dehulled seeds.
- Dual outlet channels direct shells and clean kernels into separate bins.
- Automated control panel allows speed and pressure adjustments to match different seed batches.

Yield Efficiency & Nutritional Comparison
In our trials, 4 kg of dehulled hemp seeds were obtained from 11 kg of raw seeds, resulting in an approximate yield of 36% — a highly economical rate for food production.

Hulled vs. Unhulled Seeds:
- Unhulled: Higher fiber content, but harder to digest.
- Hulled: Over 30% protein content, soft texture, delicious, and ideal for direct human consumption.

Rosehip Seed separation equipment

These equipment are designed to obtain the seeds inside dried rosehip fruits collected from nature. Dried fruits broken into pieces on impact dehuller are sifted in the next stage. In the sifting process, fruit shells, seeds and small hairs are separated from each other. In the final cleaning stage, small shell pieces remaining between the seeds are removed with air flow. Your cleaned rosehip seeds are prepared for the cold pressing process.
